Ice Cube was tested in different working environments. Two standard ATX systems
with Intel P4 D840 3.2G Dual-Core CPU and nVidia 6800GT VGA Card was used for
the tests. The test system is equipped with our Ice Cube, and the comparison
system is equipped with a regular power supply unit. CPU Burn is employed to
push both CPU and GPU to 100% load. All the data bellow are compared with that
measured from the comparison system. Performance of Ice Cube may vary with
actual system configuration, environment and load condition.

The
‘Cold’ generated by our Ice Cube is guided to CPU fan inlet. At high system
loading, the air blown into CPU heatsink can be cooled down by 8oC ~ 10oC,
reference CPU temperature is reduced by 5oC ~ 8oC, GPU temperature is reduced by
4oC ~ 7oC.

By
cooling down CPU, GPU and system, Ice Cube increases the working efficiency of
your computer. In our lab test, CPU and GPU are both pushed to the highest load.
For the comparison system, CPU current is averaged at 9.5A. For the test system
with Ice Cube, CPU current can reach 10.5A, indicating a 10% enhancement. In
other words, Ice Cube guarantees smooth CPU operation.

Our
Ice Cube cooling system consumes maximum 25W power by itself. However, the real
additional power consumption by using Ice Cube is much less than 25W. On one
hand, the smart control unit (SCU) optimally adjusts the performance of Ice
Cube, for best cooling efficiency. On the other hand, working efficiency of your
computer is enhanced, and thus uses slightly less power (to do the same amount
of computation)
